No matter which invitation you choose, be sure to tell your guests to “glam it up” for the event - jewels and jeans, dress to impress, casual chic. Remember, it’s all about the look!

Fashionable Decorations and Party Supplies
As your guests arrive, be sure to greet them like the fashionistas they are and the celebrities they want to be. Therefore, a red carpet leading up to your front door is a must! Set up some paparazzi cardboard standups along the red carpet, and ask some friends to be additional paparazzi and snap photos of everyone as they’re arriving.

Hang twinkling white star lights in your bushes and trees. It will make your front yard look both elegant and festive. And when guests arrive at the front door and see a fashion theme banner welcoming them to the party, they will really feel special.

Make sure your guests think your party is “to die for” as soon as they walk in the room. They will love seeing a life-sized cutout of the guest of honor as a fashionable socialite. Add a speech bubble telling your guests they look “hot”.

Fashion Table Decorations and Menu
Make your own centerpieces using all sorts of fabulous fashion products. Fill an inexpensive handbag or clear tote with costume jewelry, sunglasses, socks and hosiery, even lotions and nail polish would work. Use shredded colored tissue paper if there’s extra space. When the party’s over, you can divide up the items or just give away the centerpieces based on who has the next birthday.  Try one of these other centerpiece ideas as well to make your fashionista friends go wow!
