Easter Party Decorating Ideas:
- Emphasize pastel colors at your Easter party. Group pastel blue, green, yellow, and pink balloons in odd numbers and use as decorations for your buffet and sign-in tables. As a weight, use small stuffed animals, like bears and bunnies. Put bowls of jelly beans out on tables so friends and family can grab a few while they chat.
- As centerpieces, fill baskets with dyed eggs, chocolate bunnies, or muffins on which guests can munch. Use Easter baskets for the buffet as well to hold silverware and napkins.
- Instead of a traditional vegetable tray, try filling tiny ceramic pots with an assortment of veggies. Family and friends can carry the pots with them and nibble as they go.
- Make carrot silverware by rolling green silverware in an orange napkin. Tie the bundle with green ribbon, and display a bunch of these on the buffet in an Easter basket.
- Need a cute dessert idea? Serve cupcakes with green icing and jelly beans on top. The jelly beans look like Easter eggs ready to get picked up out of the grass. Get the kiddos involved on this project!
- Over the buffet, string a garland of tissue paper pompoms in pastel colors to draw the eyes of family and friends.
