You can start off by welcoming everyone to your princess baby shower with a personalized baby shower banner. Then set out a display of baby photos of the mom and dad to be on a table in the entry. This is a great place for a life-sized cutout of the mommy-to-be as well.

When the Mommy-to-be arrives, welcome her with a princess scepter. They will love wearing these at the shower. If your guests don't know each other well, you may want to also consider name tags at the party. Pre-print them with the guests name and be sure to add princess so you can introduce "Princess Ann" to "Princess Beth".

If you are using linens, I would go with a combination of light and dark pink tablecloths with light purple napkins. Mix the linens up around the room to make the color pop in the room. There are so many wonderful princess theme centerpieces that work for a princess baby shower. How about a beautiful low arrangement of flowers with a small tiara placed on top of the flowers? One of the main activities at a baby shower is watching the guest of honor open all of the cute baby gifts! When she opens her gifts, make sure someone is writing down who gave what. A family member is usually a better choice than a friend for this job because they are familiar with many of the guests. Also, be ready with a trash bag for all of the paper!

Bridal shower bingo is one of my favorite games to play at a shower. Start with fun blank bingo sheets and let guest write in what they think the Mommy-to-be will be getting. As she opens her gifts, guests mark off the presents they guessed. Give out small prizes as people get Bingo!

How about letting the guests design some couture gear for the future princess. Gather an assortment of white onesies, baby dresses and bibs and let your guests decorate them with fabric paints and pens. Bring in a jewel puncher as well and let them "bedazzle" their creations. I've had great success getting white children's clothes from Dharma Trading.
