Casino Capers

Throwing a casino party for your next corporate party?  Consider something casual and fun.  A casino capers event works for a corporate anniversary or a gathering for employees.  
 
Casino Invitation

Use a personalized casino invitation, or ticket invitations are a hit! Trust the Party Girl on this one.

Casino Capers Welcome Area
 

Balloons and lights galore should fill the area!  Make it sparkle it’s a Casino party after all! Place a welcome sign or banner at the entryway that says, “Welcome to XYZ Company’s Casino Capers.”  Use small string lights to light up the sign, you can also have someone light around the words by punching holes in the sign (This requires a person who is handy and oh yes creative so you don’t end up with a mess.) 
 
Grace the entrance with spotlights for when your guests walk in and a balloon archway with red, black, and white balloons. The Hit the Jackpot Archway is superb for photo-ops for guests.
 
A Casino Party is not complete without cold, hard cash! Hand out packets personalized money of as your guests arrive. We can create custom play money with your company logo or the picture of the guest of honor, too! If your Casino Party is a fund-raiser, after your guests go bust, they can purchase additional "money" and continue playing. At the end of the evening guests can participate in an auction with their winnings.

For the inside entry, start with Vegas showgirls, found through any well-known local modeling agency. Have them greet guests and lead them to the tables.  You can also make XYZ Company Casino Capers News equipped with the night’s events, company news, how to win and what prizes are available.
 
Casino Party Decorations
 
“Ka-Ching Ka-Ching Ka-Ching Jackpot”, can you hear the sound of the slot machines whirling?  Host a Casino Capers Party with all of the pizzazz of a true Casino! Your employees will love all of the excitement and what fun! 
 
I suggest hiring an entertainment company to supply you with all of the casino games you will need.   Blackjack, roulette, craps tables and a few slot machines can be provided and they even come with dealers.
 
In the casino area decorate with dramatically lit signs above each of the casino games. Add signs for the “XYZ Company Capers Casino Lounge” for the bar and hors d’oeuvres, and "XYZ Company Capers Casino Restaurant" for the buffet and other refreshments.
 
In addition, hang giant playing cards from the ceiling with giant dice and dice lights    Line the walls with Casino Scene Setters especially the jackpot money room.  

Tabletops

Decorate the tables with a lot of Casino party flair and make your guests lucky. Use a mix of Casino Table Decorations like dice candles and black jack confetti, and light up dice. Sprinkle the cards and dice liberally all over the table linens. Use chocolate gold coin confetti with "Casino Capers" on each piece.

At each place setting give everyone poker glasses so guests can put on their best poker face and win a few hands.
 

Centerpieces

For centerpieces, make a stand up sign out of foam core or heavy duty card stock that says, “XYZ Company Casino Capers, Roll the Dice and Win” with the company logo and playing card graphics.  A fun idea is to get creative and make centerpieces using glass vases and playing cards.  Fill each glass vase with playing cards and have red and black balloon bouquets coming out of each. 
 
Or for another option, order a king or queen centerpiece, which can be customized with your logo.  Then, have red and black balloon bouquets coming out of the center. 

Casino Prizes
 

Use personalized money as raffle tickets. Have your guests print their name and phone number on the back, and place their winnings in the raffle box representing the prize of their choice. (Guests can put all of their dollars in one box, or they can distribute them among 10 raffle boxes representing 10 prizes).

Make sure to decorate the raffle boxes to complement the décor. Make your prizes a mix of gag gifts all the way up to a real luxury gift, as high as your budget can afford.

Casino Party Favors
 
Personalized Poker Chips and candy bars with the company’s logo and “Casino Capers” on it make perfect favors. We personally like the Vegas Float Mug and any of these other fun casino party items.

Include chips or paper dollars in your invitations to spend in the casino. This will further get your guests excited about the event.
