New Year's Eve Party Invitations

We've got a great "As Time Goes By" clock invitation that is perfect for your party. Creations For You also has a personalized invitation complete with a clock striking 12!  (It's even got matching bottle labels and candy bar wrappers that make a fun favor) How fun!

Or you can use your computer and some clipart to create an invitation that will work perfectly well.

The wording should be "clock talk," if you know what I mean…

"We expect you when the little hand is on the 9

and the big hand is on the 6…"

And so on and so forth. Have fun with it.  Add number stickers (1-12), available at any craft store, all over the envelope.  (Or look for clock stickers and add those)

Inside, If you've got the room, you can't pass up the Hour of Enchantment Kit.  The giant clock display and the clock towers are beautiful and will really set your party out from the rest!  You can also pick and choose which pieces you want for the kit, so if you have less room, you can just have the columns or the display. 

On the door, hang a giant cutout of a clock set to midnight with "welcome" across the top. If you are feeling creative, add legs and arms and have it rockin’ and rollin’.

At the door, have a table with nametags if there’s a need. Use these words on the top of the Hello tags: TIME TO GET TO KNOW YOU!

From the ceiling, hang clocks. That’s right! Clocks are so inexpensive today that you can virtually buy alarm clocks and others for $5 and less. I say, put them everywhere… setting them all to Midnight or leave them set correctly and let people watch the clocks get closer to midnight! Mix in large 37" or 28" clock decorations hanging around the room.

Be sure to have plenty of votive candles decorating your tables.  Use the numbers 1-12 all over the table as well.  Print them out and cut out the numbers for your table.  Or use leftover number stickers (from your envelopes) and stick them all over the table.

The Midnight marquee tableware are great for this party.  Bright fun colors and you won't have to do the dishes.  Sounds good to me.  (If you're hosting this party for a larger group at an event facility, make sure to use real china.

You might consider giving out photo collage clock as favors.  Or, for a larger group, a personalized clock keychain makes a great favor! 

How about a bottle of Champagne or wine with a personalized label wishing everyone a Happy New Year and thanking them for attending?
