"We are certainly excited about the initiative of Party411.com,"
says Mary Bowers, Child Life Specialist at Rainbow Babies & Children’s
Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. "Parties like Hearts-A-Flutter normalize
life for hospitalized children and give them something positive to anticipate.
It also gives families the opportunity to share a good experience together at
a time when things can be negative."
Party411.com Founder Sherri Foxman agrees, "Valentine’s Day is one
holiday that belongs to children. Our hearts go out to hospitalized kids with
the hope that they take a well deserved break from the stress of illness by
exchanging greetings and making crafts with each other and their
families."
Party411.com committed to sponsoring Hearts-A-Flutter in the designated
cities since community service and philanthropy are core activities for the
company. People in cities outside of those officially participating are
encouraged to call their local children’s hospitals to initiate similar
parties. Media representatives interested in attending any Hearts-A-Flutter
event may contact Party411.com for more
information.
