We allow five business days for production as well as offering a rush service.    You will be sent a proof (via email) within 2 business days of our receiving your order (and photo, if applicable).  Your order will ship after your approval prior to or on your ship date.  Proofs are not available on same day orders. We ship candy bars from Cleveland, Ohio using FedEx. We highly recommend ice packs and expedited shipping for candy being shipped between April and September or to locations with temperatures over 70 degrees. Please make sure to ship to a location where someone will be able to pick up the package so they won't be left outside. Party411 will not be responsible for melted candy orders shipped other than 2nd day air or overnight with an ice pack.   Hot weather insulated packaging  To prevent the bars from melting, we use specially made insulated boxes and add ice packs. 30-150 bars     $8 151 - 300 bars  $16 301-450 bars    $24 451 and up       call for pricing
