Can I just order artwork and no products?

Sorry, no. Our semi-custom caricatures are only available when used with a Creations For You personalized product.

What do we need in order to create your semi-custom caricature?

1. Pick your design from the selections above.

2. Decide if you want to add a photo face or a caricature face. Either way, we require a picture of the person you would like to feature, as well as the specific information and details that you want included in the invitation.

3. Complete the email form (link to order form) found below.

4. Email or mail the picture you want to use as soon as possible so we can get started on creating your order.

5. Once we have the email form and your picture a Party-ette will contact you to complete your order.

What happens next?

• If you choose to add a caricature face, the artist will render a black and white draft of the face, which will be faxed or e-mailed to you for a preliminary review. You can make changes to this initial sketch.

• If necessary a revised draft will be faxed to you again. You may make a second set of changes, if you wish. Once you return the second draft with your approval to us, it is final. If you request additional changes thereafter, we reserve the right to charge for those additional changes.

• Once your semi-custom caricature face is approved or when we receive your photo (for photo faces), we will add the face(s), along with you invitation text to the semi-custom art. You will then be sent a proof of your invitation for approval.

• You can only change the face and the wording in the text boxes. Any other changes are considered custom orders and will be charged accordingly.

• Before any art is created, we must receive your nonrefundable down payment of $50.00, payable by MasterCard, Visa or American Express

What can I get with my artwork?

Semi-custom caricatures are only sold when used for any of the following products:

    1.  Flat card invitations bearing a 5" X 7" copy of the semi-custom caricature (including envelope):

              One sided:                                                                     $1.85 each
              Two sided:                                                                     $2.15 each
              Invitations sized 8 1/2" X 11" are also available            $2.25 each

         All prices include envelope.
         Custom wording (such as a poem or other creative writing) is available at a flat additional charge of $25.00.

     2. Sign-in Boards - a 24" x 36" foam core poster featuring a copy of your semi-custom caricature, a border, and

         celebratory message                                                         $125.00

     3. Table centerpieces - constructed with foam core and are copies of the semi-custom caricature.

                                                                                                     $22.00 per base.
         The base can be filled with shreds (colorful paper), flowers, and/or balloons at an additional cost.

     4. Life size cutouts - copy of semi-custom caricature made into life size stand-up

What if I need the semi-custom caricature right away?

Normal production time, which means that from the time we receive your original photograph until we are ready to ship the caricature, is about three (3) weeks. It can be longer if you take a long time to review copy or request changes.

RUSH orders, meaning orders placed with less than three weeks production time to shipping date, will be charged an additional $50.00. Keep in mind, the three (3) weeks begins once we have your material in hand.

What is the difference between a custom and a semi-custom caricature?

A custom caricature is drawn specifically for you with your party information and any personal items you choose to have in your artwork.  A semi-custom caricature uses art that has already been drawn.  Your face can be added to a semi-custom caricature with either a photo or a caricature of your face.  Your party information can also be added to semi-custom caricatures.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Because each caricature is drawn by hand and because of the time it takes to add the faces to the artwork, your $50 deposit is nonrefundable in the case of a cancellation once the artist has done a proof.

What are the handling and shipping charges?

These charges depend on the product you select. They will be given to you before we begin your order.
